Fix problem to apply new theme in ubuntu 12.10

Everybody knows that in ubuntu you can download theme and put into ~/.themes folder.

Problem is that how to apply it.

In Ubuntu <= 12.04 you should find "Advanced settings", but now

in 12.10 its called "Configuration tool" (found in Unity menu)
